Working with vital energy is a big topic and builds the fundament for working with all types of energy like the five elements. Vital energy offers great benefits for health, vitality, healing treatments, personal power, success in life, resilience against negative influences and diseases, and basic magical tasks like creating talismans and special atmospheres.
In the four courses you learn all about vital energy and its applications. You will benefit from practical explanations and guided meditations, so that you learn everything easily and know what is important to regard. The four courses include all vital energy techniques of Franz Bardon´s book Initiation into Hermetics. Even as a complete beginner you can start and master the vital energy successfully independent from the training in IIH. You will benefit from my experiences from over 30 years of studies and training. So, indeed, the courses will offer more than you will find in Initiation into Hermetics.

Anyone with an interest in getting to know Vital Force and how to use it. No previous experience is required. The course is in the English language and suitable only for those who can fluently understand English. Apologies to speakers of other languages, we may at some point add multi language subtitles, but this is a future plan.

The workshop consists of theory, experiments and own practice. It will be meditative. Participants are asked to wear comfortable clothing and bring a pen and pad for any notes. They should also all be in good health. Self-healing processes can be activated through the exercises. Everyone is fully responsible for their own participation and practice of the breathing techniques. Questions about this should be clarified in advance with a doctor or alternative practitioner or with the workshop leader.

Hi, I am Ray, some may know me from reading my books about the spiritual path and the hermetic science. I live in Germany, in the region of Frankfurt. Over ten years I have studied various topics like architecture, management and building biology, to work finally as a coach and non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy.
